Refund policy

Return and refund:

• Returns are available for all items and must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Please note that we can only accept returns for unused items, returned with the package they were shipped in.

• We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-15 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. 

• Returns for Cash Orders will only be issued as a gift card equal to the order amount.

• Items purchased through store vouchers, will only be refunded as store vouchers.
